Q.  Can I wear the shoe without a heel?
A:  No.  It is not possible to wear the shoe without a heel.
 
Q.  Is shipping included in the price?

A.  Fees for shipping are extra.  We offer two rates - STANDARD and RUSH.  You can select your preference at check-out

Q.  Are taxes included in the price?

A.  No.  Applicable taxes will be added at check-out.  

Q.  Are duties included in the price?

A.  Within Canada -yes.   Outside Canada - no: duties are not included in the price for orders shipped outside Canada.  You will be required to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. 

Q.  What is your exchange policy?

A.  We have two exchange policies:  1) in-store purchase and 2)  online purchases as outlined below:

1) IN-STORE EXCHANGE /RETURN POLICY

TANYA HEATH Paris Canada Refund and Exchange Policy for purchases made in our retail store are as follows:

  • We can exchange or refund any unworn, full-priced shoe or heel within 14 days of the purchase.
  • Refunds are only issued for full-priced shoes and/or heels that are returned within the 14 days of purchase. The refund will be processed through the original payment method.
  • The sales receipt and box must accompany the shoes and/or heels
  • The item must be in its original condition and look unworn.
  • All sale and clearance items purchased in-store are final
  • TANYA HEATH Paris Canada does not give refunds on sale or gift items.
  • *Holiday Season* – unworn, regular-priced items purchased between Dec. 1st – 24th are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 15th. Refunds to the original form of payment are offered within the regular 14 days of the purchase.
  • TANYA HEATH Paris Canada does not provide a lifetime warranty on any of their product.

2) ONLINE EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

For online purchases that weren’t quite right (only purchases made from www.tanyaheathcanada.com):

  • Please email contact@tanyaheathcanada.com to let us know that you wish to return your purchase.  Ship all exchanges and returns back to TANYA HEATH Paris Canada, 126 Cumberland Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5R 1A6 Canada within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
  • The sale receipt must accompany the shoes and/or heels
  • The item must be in original condition; unworn.
  • Full-priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund to the original payment method, store credit, or an exchange. These items must be returned unworn with proof of purchase within 14 days of the date you received your purchase.
  • Sale and clearance items purchased online can only be returned for exchange or for store credit. Store credit can be used in-store or online.
  • TANYA HEATH Paris Canada does not give refunds on sale items or gifts.
  • For all online orders, shipping is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to the store. If you are receiving an exchange and live in the continental US or Canada, we will ship your first exchanged item from the store at no additional charge (this is not applicable to international orders).
  • All international orders will be returned and exchanged at the customer’s expense.
  • Unauthorized merchandise will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Q.  Can all heel heights fit on all your pairs of shoes?
A.  Yes, our shoes are muti height so you can change your heels from a high to a low with just a click of a button.
 
Q.  Where are the shoes and heels made?
A.  All heels are made in France.  Shoes are made in France and Portugal.

Q.  Where can I find a TANYA HEATH Paris boutique?

Q.  How do I apply to work at TANYA HEATH Paris Canada?

Q.  What sizes do your shoes come in?
A.  Our shoe sizes range from 35-42 depending the style. In most styles we carry half sizes. Please check the website under the specific style you are looking for to see if your size is available.
 
Q.  How do I decide what shoe size is right for me?
A.  Below is a general shoe fitting guide.  Everyone’s foot is different so please feel free to call us for personal advice and assistance at 416-962-7366 or email us at contact@tanyaheathcanada.com

Sabine Pump - this is a small fitting shoe.  If you normally wear a Canadian Size 8, we recommend you order a 39.5. 

All other pumps:  We recommend that if you are a size 8, order a size 39 in all pumps except Sabine (see above)

Boots:  Our boots fit small.  If you normally wear a Canadian Size 8, we recommend you order a size 39.5

Sandals:  We recommend that if you are a size 8, order a size 39 in our sandals 

 
Q.  Where do you ship?
A.  TANYA HEATH Paris Toronto ships within North America.
 
Q.  When will new styles be coming out?

Q.  What currency are you prices?
A. All shoes and heels are priced in Canadian Dollars
